payment

- Payment method are PayPal or Robux, depends on what I am advertising at the moment.- Payment must be completed once the sketch is approved. if you do not pay, the commission won't be worked on until you do.- Artworks for commercial use will be priced higher, please let me know beforehand.- All the price listing down are for personal use base price.

turnaround time

- Regular Illustration: 4 days - 2 weeks
- Emotes: 1 - 3 weeks
- Reference Sheets: 2 - 3 weeksI will provide updates once I start working on your order, so you can accompany the project progress.Note; the TAT starts after the sketch is approved. If you wish for a faster deliver time, a fee will be charged

revisions n refunds

All the major changes should be made in the sketching phase. After that, the only changes allowed are simple details, color corrections or something I've forgotten.Refunds are not accepted due to the fact I do not have a debit/credit card to repay you back.

cooldown period

To help manage workload and ensure quality, I kindly ask that repeat clients observe a 14-day cooldown period after receiving a completed commission before requesting another slot. This allows time for other clients to have a chance and helps me maintain creative energy. Thank you for understanding!

artists n client rights personal use

- If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.- I have the right to refuse to proceed with any projects or clients without questions.- The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising of future projects and online as well as physical portfolios.- The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.- The Commissioner may post the artwork on social media platforms and use it as a banner, icon, etc. providing credits to the Artist.- If the Commissioner requests private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, additional charges may apply. The details and fees for private artwork will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

artists n client rights commercial use

- Once agreed upon, the commissioned artwork can be used by the Customer for commercial purposes, such as but not limited to :
· YouTube, Twitch stream overlays, emotes, alerts, or panels. Monetised content in general.
· Merchandise (e.g., stickers, prints, apparel) Promotional graphics for monetized content or services
· Social media ads or posts tied to brand promotion or income- Commercial use of the commissioned work (e.g., for monetized content, branding, merchandise) will be charged at 2.5× the final estimated price, including any additional detail fees, this can be discussed from how much revenue you have (if you're a content creator or smaller businesses)

ordering process

1. Message me on discord or through my Instagram. (Preferably discord)2. Which style and format. (Ex. Half-body, 4 emotes)3. Please provide me with a clear or completed references. Unclear or low-quality reference may results in delay or complications.4. I will send you the sketch for approval. Once approved please proceed with payment receipt via PayPal.5. After completion of commissioned artwork, I will send the final work to you via dms or other methods.Keep in mind, If taken more than 120 hours to respond, the commission request will automatically be assumed that it has been declined/uninterested. (only for the sketch period)You can freely ask for more informations if you still have any questions.
